- The participant must be a legal citizen of the United States and must be at least 18 years of age or more.
- The recent visit to the store is required to enter the survey.
- The employees, officers, staff, sponsors or anyone affiliated with the store are not eligible for the survey.
- The whole survey must be completed successfully to submit the feedback.
- The survey is only for feedback purposes and no gift or reward will be won.
Procedure for taking the Macy’s Customer Satisfaction Survey:
- Open the browser and visit the website: survey.medallia.com/?mcy-tuwyt-store.
- Choose the preferred language from English and Spanish from the dropdown provided.
- Select the city of the store you visited from the dropdown.
- Choose the location of the store and the store name from the next dropdown and click on next.
- After entering the survey, you will be asked whether you want to give a compliment, complaint or comment.
- Choose the type of service you want to give feedback about.
- Give your feedback in the comment box provided.
- Tick the appropriate option whether you want to be contacted via email or phone or not at all and click on next.
- Provide you full name and phone number or email id and click on finish.
- The final page will display a message congratulating your participation in the survey.
