- Must not be one of the employees of Pets at Home Limited.
- Need to visit a participating Pets at Home store lately though a purchase is not mandatory.
- Must receive a valid Pets at Home receipt to access the necessary info required to enter the online survey.

Online entry is the one and the only method to participate in the Tell Us Your Tail Sweepstakes monthly drawing. If you are an eligible Pets at a Home customer, you can take the following steps with the receipt in your hand to begin the Pets at Home Customer Satisfaction Online Survey.

- Click the “Continue” button to agree to the use of cookies and other data collection technology of the site and proceed.
- Enter the required pieces of information such as Quote Ref, Date, Time and Amount Spent from your Pets at Home receipt in their respective fields on the page. (See the receipt images provided on the right side of the entry boxes if you have difficulties to find the information on your original receipt copy).
- Click on the “Start” button to begin the survey.
- Answer all the survey questions to the best of your knowledge.
- Provide the requested details to enter to the applicable monthly period of the Tell Us Your Tail Survey Prize Draw.
A Few Important Notes on Pets at Home Survey Sweepstakes
- Apart from the online survey, there is no other way to participate in the Pets at Home Monthly Drawing Contest.
- The closing date for entries is the last date of each month.
- A winner will be selected at random drawing that will take place by the 7th of each month.
- The decision of the selection panel is final.
