On this directed page, you will have to type the survey number that you will find from the middle part of your recent receipt.
After inputting the details press on, ‘Enter’.
You have to follow the prompts after this and you will get questions, which you have to answer.
After you have completed the survey, you will get the validation code.
Prize details
You will get $1000 daily or for other prizes, you can get $1500 as well. However, there are two types of prizes available, weekly and daily. For the daily, you can get $1000 and daily you can earn $500.
How to claim
